Social Impact
Keeping it local
Our journey begins at home in South West London. We understand that true success isn't measured in profits; it's in the positive impacts we create in the spaces around us. That's why being mindful of our community is at the core of everything we do.
We stand beside the local charities and organisations that make a real difference. By collaborating, volunteering, and providing resources, we're contributing to the growth and well-being of our community.
Supporting our Community
Wimbledon Guild
The Wimbledon Guild offers support to Merton residents to help with wellbeing and mental health. At lot of the outreach is directed towards the elderly and vulnerable. They provide services like grief and independence support, financial advice and social activities for the over 50s.
We are an official Corporate Sponsor of Wimbledon Guild's community garden for 2023. Our contribution covers all expenses and running costs for the garden for the year. We also contributed half the remaining cost to purchase and install a garden room with capacity for 6 – 8 people as the final part of their three phase development plan.

Deen City Farm
Deen City Farm is one of the oldest urban farms in London. Established in 1978. It has been a consistent source of education for the community specifically local children. Operating as a working farm, they offer a range of activities including riding lessons and food education.
For 2024 we have chosen to sponsor the Farm Cats, Pygny Hedghogs, Ferrits and Donkeys. Our sponsorship will go directly towards helping pay for their feed, bedding, any veterinary treatments as well as supporting the farm as a whole.

Volunteering
We're proud to support our staff in their own charitable endeavours
Our CEO Mary Cole took part in the amazing Walk for Wards in July 2023, a charitable event aiming to raise money for NHS Hospitals.
Mary walked 10km raising over £1,195, with her group contributing £4,500 as part of over £100,000 raised for Salisbury District Hospital, which is remarkable! (As you can see, Mary chose to wear WhiteboxGo colours!)
London Marathon 2024
Congratulations to Chaz Reyonolds for completing the London Marathon! We were happy to help Chaz raise funds for Samaritans we are all incredibly proud of his achievement.
INDUSTRY EVENTS

Operating across the UK and beyond, Lord Taverners is dedicated to delivering comprehensive and meaningful cricket initiatives. Their focus is on empowering the young individuals with disabilities and from underserved communities. Through these programs, Lord Taverners enable them to foster knowledge, cultivate skills, build capabilities, and boost their self-assurance
Our XPO and Operations Team have volunteered since 2022 with the set-up, installation and bar service at the event
One Day at Christmas
Bringing the spirit of Christmas to life, 'One Day At Christmas' throws a heartwarming party for the elderly and vulnerable residents of London, Birmingham, and Glasgow.
This day offers the Events Industry a unique opportunity to give back to our local communities. With a touch of holiday magic, they recreate the joy of Christmas through a special December gathering, making sure that those who might miss out on a traditional Christmas day get to experience the festive cheer.
At Whitespace Group, we are so excited to be a part of the event and are volunteering at one of the venues as it expands to Olympia and BDC this year.
