Our Recruitment Process
We understand that every company does things a little differently when it comes to hiring, so we wanted to share what you can expect when you apply for a job with us
What's the Process?
Step One
Once you've submitted an application for a role we're recruiting for, you'll receive an email confirmation confirming that we've received it. We'll also give you an idea of when you can expect to hear back from us.
Step Two
When your application catches our attention, we will be getting in touch with you via email or phone. We'll have a brief chat to understand your basic qualifications, what's driving you, and what you're hoping for in this role. Plus, we'll check when you're available for a potential interview.
Step Three
The first interview will be with the manager from the relevant department. We often arrange a Microsoft Teams video call that typically lasts about 30 minutes. This is your opportunity to give us more information about your experience and skills.
Step Four
When we're both keen on getting to know each other better in a second chat, we'll invite you to swing by our offices in SW19 for a face-to-face meeting.
The interview is set for about 60 minutes and will revolve around your past experiences, career goals, and how you can bring value to the team. Plus, it's a great chance for us to show you around the place, we're an office-based company so it's important you know where you'll be working and what the commute would be like in real time.
Step Five
Once you've successfully passed the interview stages you'll receive a formal offer letter.
Offer includes details about compensation, benefits, and other relevant information.
Step Six
After you officially accept you offer. We start the onboarding process.
You'll receive details about your start date, onboarding schedule, and if any pre-employment requirements (such as reference checks) are needed.
Step Seven
For your first day, get ready for a tour around the building, meet and greets with the teams, and a crash course in topics like Sustainability, Health and Safety, and Diversity and Inclusion.
By the end of your first week, we'll probably be throwing a friendly social event to make you feel right at home in the team.
